Our Ramen
Crafty Ramen products are made in a nut-free environment.
Only in our restaurant, The Meat Lovers 2.0 (both spicy and non-spicy) includes Naruto (fish cake). Please note, we do not use any shellfish products in our ramen and that our broths contain kombu (a type of seaweed).
Yes! We make almost everything in house, from our broths, tares, and oils, right down to our very own noodles.
We have "gluten friendly" options. If you're looking to cut back on gluten, we are able to swap out our regular noodles for gluten-free ones in our Noodle Shops. These noodles do not contain gluten, but we cannot guarantee there isn't any cross contamination from our regular noodles.
At this time, in our Frozen Ramen and Ramen Meal Kits, we cannot substitute the noodles.
Please note, there is soy sauce in most of our products and we cannot guarantee there isn't any cross-contamination. If you have a serious gluten allergy, such as celiac, we, unfortunately, can't recommend our ramen for you.
Frozen Ramen: serves 1, assembly not required. Ramen Meal Kits: serves 2, assembly required.
Our Frozen Ramen is a single-serve bowl of ramen, with no assembly required. Just simply place the frozen ramen in a pot on the stove, or in a bowl for the microwave to cook! It includes real, whole ingredients that are fresh-frozen to lock in flavour and form, including: broth, noodles, protein, and toppings, for complete bowl, ready in minutes.
Our Ramen Meal Kits are essentially a frozen DIY meal kit, that includes all the separate ingredients needed to make 2 bowls of ramen at home. Here, assembly is required. Our kits includes real, whole ingredients fresh-frozen to lock in flavour, including: broth, tare (seasoning or soup base), noodles, protein and toppings, for 2 complete bowls ready in 15-20 minutes.
