At Crafty Ramen, we believe in the power of good food, ramen being the ultimate comfort food,  best enjoyed hot, fresh and in good company. We wanted to find a way to bring that same comfort to homes nationwide and carefully curated our restaurant recipes into frozen offerings. 

After eating our way through the ramen world, we recognized a gap in the market for a high-quality convenient product that provides the same experience enjoyed at your favourite restaurant. We’re bridging this gap between your local ramen shop and instant ramen, uniting restaurant-quality ramen and convenience. 

Made with the same ingredients, processes, and philosophy as our restaurant bowls, our frozen ramen is more than just water, noodles and powders. Our house-made broth and noodles are topped with real, whole pieces of protein, fresh vegetables, and quality toppings to make a complete, nutritious bowl of ramen. We’re reimagining what ramen looks like with multiple noodle shop locations, shipping our products across the country, and taking space in over 1200 freezer aisles across North America. With that, we’re starting to see the emergence of other brands bringing their signature dishes home to you— Momofuku being among that list.
