Japanese Inspired

The two pillars of Japanese ramen are regionality and innovation. We take inspiration from the principles of Japanese ramen and use them to answer the question: what does ramen look like around the world?

We believe the only true rules of ramen are to constantly bend the rules.

Miki and Jared lived and worked in Japan for years, learning the craft where ramen culture runs deep. They trained at the Yamato School of Ramen and traveled across the country looking for what makes a bowl truly great. Everything they learned came home with them. Now it’s built into every single one of our bowls, from our ramen shop to your kitchen.

Hand Crafted

We pride ourselves on using real, high-quality ingredients in all of our recipes. We carefully select and partner with trusted producers to ensure that every dish is crafted from the freshest proteins and vegetables. Our dedication to using real ingredients means you can taste the difference in every slurp.

scratch made

Wherever possible, we make our menu items from scratch. This includes all of our broths (Rich and Chicken), all of our tares and oils, and our noodles.

Our dedicated Noodle Makers spend each morning operating our noodle machines imported straight from Japan to make fresh noodles, daily. Many of our offerings are based on Miki's family recipes.
