TO QUICKLY DEFROST 🥶

1️⃣ While keeping noodles in their packaging, place them on the counter at room temperature for 20 minutes, or remove them from their packaging and defrost in microwave for 20 seconds.

2️⃣ While keeping them in their individual packaging, place protein, tare, oil, menma, and corn in a bowl under cold running water.

3️⃣ Remove broth from its packaging and place in a small pot over medium-low heat, until ice has fully melted. (continue to step 2 below once melted)

COOKING DIRECTIONS 🧑🍳

1️⃣ BOIL YOUR WATER. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

2️⃣ HEAT YOUR BROTH. Add broth to a small saucepan and heat to just below a boil (maintain at 90°c for 2-3 minutes).

3️⃣ COOK YOUR TOPPINGS. On medium heat, warm your corn and menma in a non-stick pan, for 2-3 minutes, place them on a plate and cover to keep warm.

4️⃣ HEAT YOUR PROTEIN. Using the same pan on medium heat, cook your protein for 2-3 minutes turning once and cooking to a minimum internal temperature of 74°c.
